Resting on custom fabricated steel legs, this hefty table is made of reclaimed spruce and douglas fir lumber. A layer of self-sealing cork makes this table top a durable cutting surface, per the client's requirements.
After working through several designs to finalize dimensions, materials and construction, we arrived at a simple solution that incorporated all of the client's requirements while also coordinating with their existing aesthetic.
